Mrs. P’s Bar and Kitchen is now open inside the Wylie Hotel, a newly renovated 112-room boutique hotel located on Ponce de Leon Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward.
The historic, century-old building in which the Wylie resides opened as the Garner-Wallace Hotel in 1929, before closing four years later due to the financial fallout of the Great Depression. The property eventually reopened as the 551 Ponce de Leon Hotel and included restaurant Mrs. P’s Tea Room on the ground level.
